Return Policy

Hello! Thank you for shopping online at Houseeholdd. We hope your purchase goes well and that your product arrives safe and intact. 


We understand that problems occasionally arise. If you don't receive the item you want or it arrives damaged, we're ready to help! 


1. Returns and Exchanges 

You must contact the customer service department to apply for return within 15 days after receiving the product. The product can be operated according to the exchange process within 7 days from the date of sale (for example, no damage, labels are not torn off, etc.). 


Return and exchange process: 


1.1. Please submit a return application in "My Orders" and wait for customer service review before proceeding. After approval, please return the product and all accessories in their original packaging. 


1.2. Users can contact customer service and send the product back through the normal process. After we receive the goods and inspect them (for example, no damage, labels are not torn off, etc.), the new products will be re-shipped. 


2. Damages 

2.1. Attach the original shipping box or envelope and pictures of the damaged product. 


2.2. We will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item and contact you to determine if you require a replacement or refund. 


2.3. We will exchange or refund you as soon as possible during normal business hours. Weekends and holidays will increase the hours available to serve you. 


3.Refund 

3.1. If one of our items is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a replacement, or we will process a refund for the item. You will receive an email notification. 


3.2. For confirmed damage, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product. Weekends and holidays will increase the hours available to serve you. 


3.3. All refunds will be credited to the bank card you used to purchase the refunded items. 


4.Special instructions 


4.1. For items purchased during the promotion period, return or exchange policies apply based on the event end date. 


4.2. If you return or exchange goods due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, dissatisfaction with the product, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 


Please note: Products that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to take reasonable care, or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions are not considered defective.
